IntroductionThis collection of freeware tools can convert to and from various image and graphic formats. The tools, help files and directory paths are setup automatically. This collection also includes the Octopus for batch processing. The Octopus can be used to apply a specified command to a list of files and/or sub-directories. This tool is useful to convert mutiple files in different locations. For example to convert JPG, you can use the Octopus as follows: octopus -r "*.jpg" -c "convert %file%" The above command will recurse down the current directory converting all files with the extension ".jpg".
